Settlement among Aqa ʻAli Naqi's inheritors, 1869
Aqa Muhammad (son of Haj Habib Allah), on behalf of his brother (Aqa ʻAli Naqi)'s inheritors, who are his wives and children, settles a house and its surrounding garden for 130 tumans to Karbala'i Imam Quli (son of Haj ʻAli) on 12 November 1869. Because Aqa ʻAli Naqi's two underage children, Jaʻfar and Kuchak Khanum, have rights in this settlement, it was agreed to keep their shares from part of the garden bought by Aqa Muhammad Salih. On the margin of the document, there are notes for the condition in which one of ʻAli Naqi's wives will not sign the settlement.

Settlement of Iskandar Khan Yavar and others, 1903
Mashhadi ‘Abbas, acting on his own behalf and as the guardian of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Hanifah, Muhsin and Rahim, and the sons of Khuda Quli Sultan from Zaviyah, Nur Allah and Mahdi, sells some properties in the village of Zaviyah to Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar in exchange for two hundred and fifty tumans. On the margin, Khuda Quli Sultan's daughters, Shafa Baygum, Tuba Baygum, Fatimah Baygum, and Zahra Baygum have confirmed this settlement.

The children of Karbalayi Quli, Saltanah Khanum, ‘Ali, and Rasul, on behalf of themselves and the underage children, sell a property that belonged to Karbalayi Quli to Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali in exchange for nine tumans and four thousand dinars.

Nanah Khanum's settlement regarding her share of inheritance, 1832
Nanah Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid ‘Ali, claims her share of paternal inheritance from her brother, Sayyid Haqvirdi and the other underage children of Sayyid ‘Ali. Thus, a settlement was reached in which she transferred her share of a property in Maharan to her brothers, Sayyid Haqvirdi and Sayyid Husaynquli, in exchange for one sheep and two [illegible].

Regarding the inheritance of Khalil's children, 1919
1- Ruqiyah Khanum and Sakinah khanum sell their share of inheritance, a large workshop, to the children of ‘Abbas for ten tumans (January 21, 1919); 2- Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, divides the inheritance of Karbalayi Khalil among his children. Sakinah Khanum is given ten tumans for her share (June 3, 1919); 3- Riza, the son of Karbalayi Khalil, on his own behalf and on behalf of the underage children of Khalil, Muttalib, Ruqiyah Khanum, and Sakinah Khanum, sells the large workshop to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, the son of Mashhadi Ja‘far for 4 tumans.

Settlement concerning Mirza Muhammad Sadiq's house boundries and the shares of Shaykh Abu Turab's inheritors, 1856
Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.
